Shipping & Tracking — My Lift Legacy
When will my order arrive?
Every order is forged on demand, not pulled from stock — because quality takes intention.
Once your order is confirmed, production begins within 1–2 business days.
After your gear ships:
- US Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days (up to 11 during peak times)
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
- 🌍 International Orders: May take up to 4 weeks depending on customs.
During high-demand seasons or launches, slight delays may occur — because every piece is built with precision and care.

Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours after shipping.
If it’s been more than 3 days and you still don’t see updates, email orders@myliftlegacy@com, and we’ll check it out for you.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once an order has shipped, we can’t redirect or edit the address.
Please double-check your info during checkout to ensure a smooth delivery.
If you need help right after ordering, reach out to orders@myliftlegacy@com as soon as possible.
Can I change the shipping method after checkout?
Shipping methods can’t be modified once an order is placed.
Choose your preferred option at checkout before finalizing your order.
My order was marked “Return to Sender.” What now?
This usually happens if the address was incorrect or the package wasn’t claimed.
We can’t reroute orders marked “Returned to Sender,” but we’ll help you find a solution.

Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size
- Change of mind
- Style preference
Before ordering, please check the size chart on each product page carefully.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right.

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem
We’ll take care of the rest — fast and fair.

My item looks different to the online listing
This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, though some listings make use of life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the item will look.
It's possible you may have an item that is showing a defect, please take a few photos and send them to our support team for review, along with your order ID.

Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel or change my order?
We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when your order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.
Please contact our support team support@myliftlegacy.com, to check if changes or cancellation are possible and give the reason you wish to cancel.
