When will my order arrive?

Every order is forged on demand, not pulled from stock — because quality takes intention.

Once your order is confirmed, production begins within 1–2 business days.

After your gear ships:

  • US Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days (up to 11 during peak times)
  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • 🌍 International Orders: May take up to 4 weeks depending on customs

Why isn’t my tracking number working?

Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours after shipping.

If it’s been more than 3 days and you still don’t see updates, email myliftlegacy@gmaill.com, and we’ll check it out for you.

Can I change my shipping address?

Once an order has shipped, we can’t redirect or edit the address.
